I have a website already. Can you take it over?+
Usually. We look at what's there, tell you whether it's worth keeping or rebuilding, and quote it honestly. Sites built on Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress can usually be migrated. Sites built on something obscure get a more careful look first.
Do you do design too, or just development?+
Both. We design every site around the business — brand, layout, sections, customer flow — instead of dropping you into a generic template. If you want bespoke art direction or photography, we coordinate that with trusted partners and you pay them directly.
What about photos? We don't have good ones.+
We work with a couple of Calgary photographers who do small-business work well. We write the shot list so the day's efficient, and you walk away with exactly what the site needs. Most projects budget around a half-day shoot.
We're not writers either.+
That's normal. Most of our clients aren't. Some hand us bullet points and trust us to write the page; others give us a rough draft to polish. Copywriting is part of every project we take on.
How fast does a typical site load?+
We aim for a 90+ mobile PageSpeed score on every site we ship. Real client outcome: Oktint's site went from a 43 to a 97 after we rebuilt it. Wix and Squarespace tend to score 30 to 60 because they ship every option whether you use it or not.
